Recruiter

At Festive Lighting Pros, we Illuminate Joy by transforming homes and businesses with stunning holiday and permanent lighting solutions. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to help us attract, screen, and hire top talent for a variety of roles across our growing U.S.-based team.

What You’ll Do

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and other recruiting channels.

Screening & Interview Coordination

Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Job Posting & Candidate Pipeline Management

Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms and maintain an organized pipeline of active candidates.

U.S. Hiring Process Support

Support recruiting efforts for U.S.-based roles by following hiring timelines, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and helping move candidates through each stage of the hiring process efficiently.

Communication & Candidate Experience

Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Collaboration

Work closely with leadership, operations, and department managers to understand hiring needs and fill roles quickly and effectively.

Who You Are

Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role

Familiar with the U.S. hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-up

Strong experience using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles at once

Comfortable conducting candidate screenings and communicating professionally with applicants

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Comfortable working U.S. hours (e.g., 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PST)
