What You'll Do

• Use AI tools to clean up audio and cut dead air/pauses fast.
• Cut between scenes — single-speaker or both speakers, whatever the ---------- nt calls for.
• Spot the best ---------- nts in an episode and turn them into sharp, engaging shorts.
• Edit a tight, hook-you-in intro for each episode.
• Write clear, compelling show notes.

What We're Looking For

• Real experience editing podcasts or long-form audio/video.
• Comfort with AI-assisted editing tools (noise cleanup, transcription, auto-silence removal).
• An eye for pacing and the ---------- nts that make people stop scrolling.
• Short-form video chops (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Solid writing for show notes.
