facial spa brand with 13 locations across the USA and Canada. We run Facebook & Instagram ads at serious scale and pay well for editors who make ads that CONVERT.
THE ROLE
- Edit short-form vertical video ads (Reels/Stories, 15-60 sec) from raw spa footage, creator/UGC clips, and stock
- Scroll-stopping hooks, tight pacing, captions, text overlays, licensed music
- Multiple hook/CTA variations of winning ads for testing
- Steady flow of work every week - this is ongoing, not a one-off project
PAY
- Per finished video. We pay GOOD rates for great work - tell us your price per video
- Fast approval, fast payment, clear briefs. No micromanagement
REQUIREMENTS - READ BEFORE APPLYING
- 4+ YEARS professional video editing experience. Not negotiable - do not apply with less
- Proven experience editing ADS (beauty, skincare, spa, fashion, lifestyle strongly preferred)
- Expert in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
- You understand ad performance: hook rate, retention, CTA - not just pretty editin
