Recruiter - Healthcare/Real Estate/Construction

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter VA with proven experience supporting U.S.-based recruitment.

Qualifications
*Minimum of 2 years of U.S. recruiting experience (required).
*Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, clinical, real estate, construction or high-volume positions is a strong advantage.
*Strong knowledge of U.S. hiring practices and recruitment processes.
*Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
*Proficient in sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting platforms.
*Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Strong organizational and time management skills.
*Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
