GHL and AI AUTOMATION WIZARD.

We're a marketing agency looking for a highly technical GoHighLevel (GHL) and AI automation specialist to build and run our agency's core systems. This starts as a project-based build, with ongoing work for the right person.

You should be able to take a business goal and architect the full system yourself — including custom code where no-code tools fall short. This is not a follow-the-checklist role.

WHAT YOU'LL BUILD

GHL: advanced workflows, pipelines, snapshots, custom fields/values, and multi-step automations that hold up in real use (not just demos)
Agency OS: our internal operating system — client onboarding, delivery pipelines, task/project flow, reporting dashboards, and documented SOPs that keep the agency running
AI agents: chatbots, AI appointment-setters, and voice agents wired into GHL conversations, SMS, and calls
Custom automation and code: integrations via Make / Zapier / n8n, plus webhook/API work and custom scripting (e.g. using Claude Code) for anything no-code can't handle
Handover: a short Loom and written SOP for every system you build

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

Have deep, hands-on GHL experience and have built real agency automations (not just finished a course)
Have set up an agency operating system / internal backend before
Can write or generate custom code for integrations and tools (comfortable with Claude Code, APIs, webhooks)
Are fluent with at least one of Make / Zapier / n8n
Have built or deployed at least one working AI agent (chat, SMS, or voice)
Communicate clearly in English and hit deadlines
