Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads & Ecommerce)

About Us

We are a growing e-commerce business looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to help us scale our online sales through data-driven marketing.

You’ll work directly with the business owner to manage Meta advertising campaigns, improve website performance, analyse marketing data, and identify opportunities to increase revenue. If you enjoy solving problems, testing new ideas, and seeing measurable results, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities

Meta Advertising
Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise results.
Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Test new creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Identify and scale winning campaigns.
Produce weekly advertising performance reports.

Digital Marketing

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
Review customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support SEO initiatives.
Assist with content marketing activities.
Improve website conversion rates.
Ecommerce Support
Review website performance and user experience.
Suggest landing page improvements.
Monitor promotions and marketing campaigns.
Support new product launches.
Work closely with customer service and operations teams.

Reporting

Prepare simple weekly reports covering:
Meta Ads performance
ROAS
Revenue
Website traffic
Conversion rate
Key opportunities
Recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Essential Skills
Meta Ads Manager

Facebook Business Manager
Ecommerce marketing experience
Google Analytics (GA4)
Meta Pixel
Campaign optimisation
Audience creation
A/B testing
Basic SEO knowledge
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Excel or Google Sheets
Able to follow written instructions carefully (please include a photo of a carabao somewhere in your application).
