3rd party logistics (3PL) Billing Virtual Assistant

About the Role

We're a 3PL warehouse operation looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to own daily order closeout and billing accuracy. You'll work inside our WMS every day, reviewing each order, closing out completed orders, and applying the correct charge codes based on the service level provided and each client's rate card. This role directly protects revenue, so accuracy and consistency are everything.

Responsibilities

Review every order daily and close out completed orders in the WMS
Assign the correct charge code to each order based on the service level performed and the client's rate card
Flag orders that don't match the rate card, missing charges, or billing discrepancies
Maintain billing accuracy across all client accounts

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on 3PL warehouse experience (warehouse 3PL specifically — not third-party billing/collections in other industries)
Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
ShipHero experience is a major plus
Excellent attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, repetitive, high-accuracy work
Reliable and available full-time

Schedule: 40 hours/week
