About the Role

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for keeping our client pipeline full by generating leads, nurturing prospects, supporting retention, maintaining marketing systems, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Social media is only one part of this role and should consume no more than five hours per week, including content creation.

Bonus pay based on amount of leads and sales

Primary Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Manage the CRM pipeline.
Follow up with every lead.
Monitor HOT LEAD alerts.
Personally contact engaged prospects.
Schedule complimentary mobility assessments.
Support conversion into intro packages.
Provider & Community Outreach
Contact healthcare providers weekly.
Schedule provider meetings.
Invite providers to Clinical Alliance Night.
Build referral relationships.
Client Retention
Follow up after assessments.
Contact inactive clients.
Encourage package renewals.
Promote memberships.
Request Google Reviews.
Invite clients to workshops and events.

Marketing
Send weekly appointment availability email s.
Send newsletters.
Update website.
Publish blog articles.
Maintain SEO and website content.
Ensure hyperlinks work.
Create marketing materials.

Systems & Operations
Maintain WellnessLiving CRM.
Maintain GoHighLevel.
Track KPIs.

Update marketing calendar.
Organize Asana tasks.
Improve automations and funnels.
Identify process improvements.
Social Media (Maximum 5 Hours Weekly)
Schedule content.
Create reels.
Repurpose existing content.
Respond to comments.
Support brand awareness.
Weekly KPIs

Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
Speaks fluent English (written and verbal).
Has excellent customer service skills.
Has experience with sales, marketing, or lead generation.
Can prioritize work independently.
Enjoys creating systems and improving processes.
Is organized and detail-oriented.
Is proactive rather than waiting for direction.
Is comfortable learning new software.
Communicates professionally with healthcare providers and clients.
Experience with GoHighLevel, WellnessLiving, Asana, Canva, WordPress, email marketing, or CRM software is a plus but not require6
