Brand Identity and Web Designer

Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week initially
Pay: $6 to $12 per hour, based on experience

We are looking for a talented brand identity and web designer to develop the complete visual identity for MarketCommand, a software and marketing company serving home service contractors. We were operating under a different name and d ---------- to rebrand for our relaunch happening soon.

The first priority will be creating a professional and distinctive brand system for MarketCommand.

Initial responsibilities:

• Develop multiple original brand directions
• Create a primary logo, secondary logo, and icon
• Establish colors, typography, and visual standards
• Create a practical brand guideline document
• Prepare logos for websites, mobile screens, social media, print, vehicles, and apparel
• Deliver editable source files and SVG, PNG, PDF, and other required formats

Future work may include:

• Designing or improving the MarketCommand website
• Creating website layouts and reusable Figma components
• Improving the user interface of our CRM and software tools
• Refreshing outdated client logos
• Cleaning, recreating, resizing, and converting client logos into usable vector formats
• Creating simple brand kits and website designs for our clients which are home service businesses

Required experience:

• Logo and brand identity design
• Typography and color systems
• Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar professional design tools
• Responsive website design
• Preparing professional production-ready design files
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow feedback

Experience with home service companies, SaaS products, Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or UI design is helpful but not required.
