Full Time Meta Poster for US Targeted Social Media Accounts

We are a social media content company that runs high volume short-form video content across multiple Facebook and Instagram accounts targeting the US market. We're looking for an experienced Meta poster to join our team full time and manage the posting side of the operation.

This is NOT a content creation role. We make all the content in-house. You will be responsible for posting our content across a portfolio of accounts, managing the accounts day to day, and making sure none of them get flagged or banned by Meta.

This is a long-term position. If you perform well, you're joining a team that is scaling fast and there is real growth here. Not a short-term project.

IMPORTANT — PHONES REQUIREMENT:
You MUST have at least 3 phones that we can use to build out Facebook and Instagram accounts on. This is not optional and it's the number one thing we are filtering for. Every phone = more accounts we can run, which means more content in the market and more money for you long term.

If you have 3 phones, you meet the minimum. If you have 5, 7, or 10 phones, you go straight to the top of our list. The more phones you have, the better positioned you are for this role and the faster you'll grow with us.

If you do not have at least 3 phones, please do not apply. We will not be considering applications that don't meet this requirement.

What you will be doing:

• Posting our content across at least 40 accounts ( ---------- Facebook , 20 Instagram) targeting the US market, with the goal of scaling that number up as we grow
• Cross-posting through Meta Business Suite or other tools we use for scaled posting
• Managing account health day to day and making sure none of them get flagged or banned
• Communicating with the team on any issues, bans, or restrictions as they come up
• Keeping accounts active and consistent with the posting schedule

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 phones for account management (required, more is better)
• Over 1 year of experience posting on and managing multiple Meta accounts
• Real experience targeting the US market from outside the US without getting accounts flagged
• Familiarity with tools like AdsPower, Multilogin, GoLogin, VPNs, and any other anti-detect tools you have used
• Reliable and consistent. You show up every day and communicate if something comes up. This is the number one thing we care about.
• Detail-oriented. Missing a post or making a mistake on one account can compromise the whole batch.
• Can follow instructions carefully without needing to be told the same thing twice.
• Has stable internet and can be reachable during work hours.
