Compensation: $500/Month Base + 2% Commission on Total Monthly Etsy Sales

Goal: Scale to $10,000+/month in revenue by year-end.

About the Role:
Crown and Paw is a leading brand in the custom pet portrait space, and we are looking for a results-driven Etsy Expert to take our shop to the next level. We have a massive catalog of over 500 high-quality products ready for immediate launch, with new designs being produced weekly.

We need someone who doesn't just "list" products but understands how to dominate the Etsy search algorithm and scale through strategic optimization and advertising.

Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Listing & Optimization:Efficiently launch our catalog of 500+ products (canvases, posters, mugs, blankets, etc.) using SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.
Etsy SEO Mastery:Conduct deep keyword research to ensure our products rank for high-intent search terms.
Etsy Ads Management:(If experienced) Set up, monitor, and optimize Etsy Ads to maintain a healthy ROAS while scaling volume.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):A/B test listing images, pricing strategies, and descriptions to maximize sales.
Growth Strategy:Work directly with the founder to implement pricing and promotional strategies (e.g., the "Compare At" pricing model) to hit our $10k/month milestone.

Requirements:
Proven Track Record:You have successfully managed and scaled Etsy shops before (please provide examples or case studies).
SEO Expertise:You know how to find the "hidden gem" keywords that competitors are missing.
Efficiency:You are comfortable handling large volumes of products and variants.
Data-Driven:You make decisions based on numbers, not gut feelings.
Communication:Proactive updates on store performance and growth blockers.
