Credit Advisor

KLN Consulting is seeking an experienced Credit Advisor to join our team. This is a client-facing position for a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience reviewing consumer credit reports and advising clients on credit improvement strategies.
The ideal candidate is confident conducting Zoom consultations, explaining credit reports in a clear and professional manner, and helping clients understand the steps needed to improve their credit profile.
Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one client consultations via Zoom.
Review and explain consumer credit reports in detail.
Educate clients on the factors affecting their credit scores and recommend personalized improvement strategies.
Answer client questions with professionalism and clarity.
Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the credit improvement process.
Document client consultations and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the credit team to ensure clients receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit consulting, credit restoration, financial services, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of consumer credit reports and credit scoring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead client consultations and explain complex credit concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable conducting professional Zoo ---------- etings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
