UI/UX Web Designer

One of our clients is expanding a modern digital entertainment platform and is looking for a talented UI/UX Web Designer to help improve overall user experience, engagement, and conversion flow.

This role is ideal for someone who understands not only clean and modern UI design, but also how user behavior, navigation flow, responsiveness, and usability impact business performance.

You will work closely with:

• product direction
• frontend developers
• graphic designers
• AI-assisted workflow tools

to help create a polished, user-friendly, and high-converting web experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve modern web UI/UX experiences
• Optimize user journey, navigation flow, and interaction experience
• Improve conversion-focused user flows and usability
• Create responsive mobile-first layouts and experiences
• Maintain visual consistency across pages and components
• Collaborate with frontend developers on implementation feasibility
• Work closely with graphic designers for artwork/banner integration
• Improve overall website polish, clarity, and engagement experience
• Help refine:

o homepage experience
o navigation/sidebar structure
o header and menu systems
o wallet/payment UX
o rewards/member pages
o promotional landing pages
o popup and modal interactions

• Assist with design systems and reusable component structures
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve workflow efficiency and iteration speed

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design
• Experience designing modern responsive web platforms
• Strong understanding of:

o mobile-first design
o responsive layouts
o usability and interaction flow
o information hierarchy

• Ability to think from both user experience and business perspectives
• Understanding of how UX impacts:

o engagement
o retention
o conversion performance

• Good experience with:

o Figma
o modern UI workflows
o component-based design

• Basic understanding of frontend structure and responsive implementation
• Strong attention to detail and design consistency
• Able to communicate clearly and work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working on high-traffic consumer platforms
• Membership/rewards platform experience
• Motion UI understanding
• Familiarity with:

o Tailwind CSS
o React / Next.js
o design systems

• Comfortable using modern AI workflow tools such as:

o ChatGPT
o Claude
o Cursor
o v0
o Midjourney
