What You'll Do

Create and manage posting schedules to maximize visibility and engagement
Build genuine rapport within communities — no spam, no shortcuts
Track post performance and adjust strategy based on what's working
Stay on top of subreddit rules and platform policy changes to keep accounts in good standing
Report weekly on growth metrics and traffic outcomes
What We're Looking For
Experience managing or growing a Reddit presence (personal or professional)
Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit etiquette, and karma-building
Reliable internet connection and consistent daily availability
Detail-oriented — you don't miss deadlines or let accounts go stale
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Bonus Points
Experience with managing Reddit teams before
Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking link performance
