AMISH SURVIVAL - VIDEO EDITER (long term)

We are looking for a reliable video editor to help create engaging, videos for an Amish-inspired survival, self-sufficiency, homesteading, and traditional living YouTube channel.

The editing style will be simple, clean, and engaging — not overly complicated or filled with unnecessary effects. We want videos that keep viewers watching through strong pacing, basic cuts, engaging visuals, and clear storytelling.

Responsibilities:
Edit long-form YouTube videos using a fast-paced, engaging style
Find and use relevant viral/trending clips, footage, and visual references when needed
Create a short intro that provides context and hooks the viewer
Use clean cuts, pacing, B-roll, sound effects, and music where appropriate
Create a simple outro that wraps up the video and encourages viewers to continue watching
Help maintain a consistent style and format across all videos

Experience with YouTube editing, retention-focused content, survival, homesteading, self-sufficiency, bushcraft, preparedness, or traditional living content is a plus.

Payment: Flat rate per completed video.
