Are you an experienced marketing professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting clients, and helping events sell out?
Sydney Hotshots is Australia's leading ladies' night entertainment company, presenting over 150 events each year across Australia and New Zealand.
We're looking for an organised, proactive Marketing & Venue PR Coordinator to work with our venues, monitor ticket sales, coordinate marketing campaigns, and help maximise attendance at every event.
This is a long-term position with an established company that provides full systems, structured training, and opportunities to grow.
Your Responsibilities
Monitor weekly ticket sales using Eventbrite.
Liaise with venues by email and phone.
Help venues maximise ticket sales.
Coordinate marketing campaigns.
Oversee the Community Posting Team.
Ensure the 12-week marketing timeline is followed.
Review marketing quality and branding.
Supply promotional material to venues.
Monitor VIP seating opportunities.
Help optimise venue layouts where appropriate.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Ensure every venue is fully prepared before show night.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered you must have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, PR, event marketing or venue marketing.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Professional communication skills.
Your own desktop PC or laptop.
Reliable high-speed internet.
Quiet home office.
Comfortable using:
Eventbrite
Microsoft Office
Google Workspace

Facebook Business Suite
SharePoint (training provided)
Able to work 10:00 AM–4:00 PM Sydney time (Monday–Friday).
Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking with screenshots.
