Executive VA - Kajabi and web design

I am seeking a part-time executive VA with web design skills to help me take my established solo entrepreneur business to a higher level of productivity and profit through creating an online course in Kajabi.

Company background:

Based in the USA eastern time zone, I offer tutoring via Zoom for US professional licensing exams. I have earned my living in this business for 6+ years, and have achieved a high level of expertise and reputation. I have successfully worked with freelance subcontractors on projects (graphics, websites, etc).

My clients typically study with me for 2 to 3 months until they pass their exams. I'm constantly seeking new clients. I am currently working with tools from a program for digital entrepreneurs called Business By Design, by James Wedmore.

My executive VA will be working directly with me on business operations. The first major project will be marketing and creating a new online course using the Kajabi platform. I am comfortable with many digital systems; Kajabi is new to me.

Work schedule is flexible, 10 to 20 hours per week.
Your responsibilities will include sending a daily report on work days, detailing completed and ongoing tasks.
We will use email and Slack to communicate.
At least once per week, you will meet with me on Zoom for 30 to 60 minutes to discuss projects. We will schedule video meetings at a mutually convenient time. You are not required to work overnight (synchronize your work hours with mine).

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• fluent written and spoken English.
• attention to detail and proofreading for excellent accuracy.
• expertise setting up and using Kajabi.
• web design skills for marketing and educational content.

Optional additional qualifications:

• experience supporting the use of tools from the Business By Design program by James Wedmore.
• video editing skills.

Paid training time will be included, as needed.
