Graphic Designer (Ad Creatives) – Meta

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Display campaigns.
• Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
• Design social media graphics, promotional banners, and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client campaigns.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Edit and resize creatives for various platforms and placements.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and high-performing ad styles.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing ad creatives for Meta.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advertising creatives that focus on conversions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience designing for home services, contractors, real estate, or local businesses.
*Photo editing and retouching skills.

• Knowledge of direct-response marketing principles.
• Experience creating motion graphics or simple animated ads is an asset.
