Marketing Manager (Urgent Hiring)

We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and work directly with the founder Responsibilities

• Manage outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook )
• Launch and optimize Meta, Google, and Reddit Ads
• Manage VAs and freelancers
• Oversee LinkedIn content and brand growth
• Track campaign performance and improve results

Requirements

1+ year/s of digital marketing experience

• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Reddit, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Experience managing remote teams
• Strong analytical skills (A/B testing, UTM tracking, CAC, ROAS)
• Excellent English communication
• Startup mindset
• Available to interview immediately and start within 3 days
