Implementation Specialist (WFH/REMOTE)

RTC Associates LLC is looking for an Implementation Specialist!

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for supporting client onboarding, project coordination, account management, and client communication to ensure successful delivery of support and overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing client support by addressing support tickets and email s professionally and within strict SLAs
• Processing the onboarding of the company's new clients until account set up is complete for endorsement to operations
• Clearing out tax notices by coordinating with the company's internal departments and tax authorities
• Managing projects from initiation through completion
• Record keeping of client documentations and updating client account

What we're looking for in an applicant:

• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer support, or project coordination (preferably in a B2B environment).
• Interpersonal & Business Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for client interaction and cross-departmental coordination.
• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: High accuracy in record-keeping and a proactive approach to resolving client issues or administrative roadblocks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to seamlessly liaise between internal teams and external entities (Clients, Tax Authorities).
• Adaptability & Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks—balancing urgent support tickets with structured, multi-step onboarding workflows.

Requirement:

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
