WordPress + SEO Implementation Specialist (Elementor, Rank Math, GSC)

ABOUT US

You will operate four commercial security websites for California businesses. Marketing runs on an AI-powered research system that finds the problems, does the keyword research, writes the content drafts, and prepares detailed task briefs. What we need is the person who executes them flawlessly in WordPress.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

You will NOT be asked to invent strategy, do keyword research, or guess what to work on. Every task arrives as a clear written brief — most are prepared by our AI systems and posted to you in Slack, one task list per website, every day. Your job is clean, accurate, fast execution. If you love checklists, hate vague instructions, and take pride in pixel-perfect work, you will love this job. If you prefer figuring things out your own way, this is not for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY

Our AI drafts the content — you review it, publish it, and keep the machine running:

Review and publish AI-prepared blog posts and statistics pages: check formatting, click every source link to confirm it opens and matches, add the suggested internal links, publish (most take 5–10 minutes)
Build service + city and industry + city pages in Elementor by cloning our master templates and swapping in localized content from each page's brief — high volume, up to 15–20 pages/day at full speed
Fix meta titles, descriptions, snippet previews, and schema in Rank Math
Check indexing in Google Search Console and request indexing on new pages
Build local citations (business directory listings) with consistent NAP details
Post updates and respond to reviews on our Google Business Profiles (4 brands)
Update or fix content on existing pages when a brief calls for it
Work through your daily task list in Slack and mark items complete; occasional lookups in Ahrefs (instructions provided)

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

2+ years hands-on WordPress experience
Strong Elementor — you can clone a page from a master template so accurately no one can tell the difference
Real Rank Math experience (meta, snippets, schema settings — not just "I installed it once")
Google Search Console: URL inspection, indexing requests, coverage reports
Follows detailed written instructions exactly — accuracy matters more to us than speed
Good written English and reliable internet
Comfortable working with AI tools and AI-written task briefs

NICE TO HAVE
Ahrefs experience
Local citations / Google Business Profile experience
Image compression and page-speed basics
Simple CSS fixes
JSON-LD schema familiarity
