Manager of Business Systems & Property Onboarding

Position Summary
WH Property Group is seeking a Manager of Business Systems & Property Onboarding to oversee the technology, systems, and operational setup required to transition new properties onto our platform.
This role will manage the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that supports property operations, including property management system configuration, data migration, user access, staff onboarding, training, and SOP deployment. The ideal candidate understands property management technology ecosystems, is highly organized, and can translate operational requirements into scalable systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage new property transitions and onboarding from planning through implementation
• Configure properties, workflows, users, and permissions within the property management system
• Coordinate data migration and validate information for accuracy and completeness
• Set up technology access and systems for new employees and property teams
• Lead system training and ongoing support for property and corporate staff
• Deploy company SOPs, templates, workflows, and operating standards
• Serve as a primary resource for internal system questions and client support
• Maintain deep working knowledge of the company’s technology stack
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and system integration
• Evaluate, test, and roll out new technology across the organization
• Document system configurations, procedures, and training materials
• Coordinate with operations, accounting, property management, and third-party vendors during transitions

Qualifications

• Experience working within a property management technology ecosystem
• Experience with property onboarding, system implementation, operations, or business systems
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Excellent project management, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to train users with varying levels of technical experience
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple property transitions and competing priorities
• Multifamily property management experience is strongly preferred.

Technology Experience

• Familiarity with WH Property Group’s existing technology stack is a significant advantage but is not required.
• Experience with the following platforms is preferred:
• Property management software and related integrations (Yardi or Entrata (we use Entrata))
• Elise.ai
• Asana
• Slack
• Loom
• Notion
• Google Workspace
• Advanced HubSpot experience is a plus.

This person should be comfortable working across departments, supporting property teams, and taking ownership of complex onboarding projects from start to finish.
