Real Estate Cold Caller – South Florida

We are a small, growing South Florida real estate brokerage seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to help generate and qualify new leads.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers throughout South Florida
Use cold-calling and lead-generation platforms such as Vulcan7, Mojo Dialer, REDX, or similar tools
Follow provided scripts while keeping conversations friendly and natural
Identify and qualify motivated buyers and sellers
Handle common objections and build rapport with potential clients
Schedule appointments and complete timely follow-ups
Maintain detailed call notes and update lead records
Communicate qualified leads to our real estate team
Meet established daily and weekly calling goals

Qualifications:

Previous cold-calling experience, preferably within the real estate industry
Experience using Vulcan7, Mojo Dialer, REDX, or similar platforms
Familiarity with the South Florida real estate market is preferred
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
