Retell Voice AI, Twilio, and Client Onboarding Specialist

Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week to start

We are looking for someone who can build, test, and launch voice receptionists for pressure washing businesses.

Responsibilities include:

Building and configuring Retell voice agents
Creating prompts, knowledge bases, and conversation flows
Setting up appointment booking, call transfers, and after-hours handling
Configuring Twilio numbers, subaccounts, routing, and messaging
Completing A2P registration when required
Connecting calendars, CRMs, webhooks, and automations
Testing agents thoroughly before owner review
Creating onboarding forms, launch checklists, and documentation
Customizing proven templates for each new client
