About the Role

We’re a fast-growing U.S. personal injury law firm that fights for injured people like they’re our own family — and we win.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • IQ of 115+, reflecting strong cognitive ability and problem-solving skills.
  • The mindset to keep going no matter how hard it gets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Shows up early, follows through, and doesn’t need to be reminded twice.
  • Gets satisfaction from finishing things right, not just checking boxes.
  • Follows instructions carefully and asks questions rather than making assumptions.
  • Wants to grow in a role where reliability matters more than credentials.
  • No prior experience necessary. Previous experience handling legal files or legal documents is a plus, but not required.

We move fast. We hold a high standard. You’ll be challenged daily.

*No fluff work — every task matters.

You Might Be a Fit If You…
** Have strong written and verbal English.
** Value punctuality, precision, and responsiveness.
** Use tools like Microsoft with ease.
** Don’t need reminders to do your job well.
** Are extremely fast-paced, detail-oriented, and accurate.
** Ask questions when you are unsure instead of guessing.

Bonus if you’ve worked in legal, insurance, healthcare, document management, or administrative support before.

Previous experience handling legal files is a plus, but not required.
