Print-On-Demand Products Setup VA | Long-Term + Raises

Looking for a fast learner who has experience with AI Image generation tools or regularly uses ChatGPT/Claude to solve problems and learns on his own. You will be creating bulk product images and mockups using AI tools and then setting up products using teeinblue/customily for our Shopify stores.

• About us -

We run 2 fast growing Shopify POD gift stores in EU and USA. Small team, zero bureaucracy, and we can automate anything boring for you. New AI tools appear monthly and our processes change with them. We are looking for someone who learns very fast and can juggle multiple tasks.

You'll learn tools and systems most VAs won't touch for years.

Learn them and you will 100% increase your pay as you will become much more valuable for any ecom business.
For the right person we can do both part time 4-5hours a day or full time.

Your CORE work

• Generate product images and mockups at scale using our AI workflow (Freepik / Magnific / GPT Image)
• Build product and personalization artwork templates in TeeinBlue (layers, name & photo personalization fields, previews, fonts, text colors/outlines). Don't know TeeinBlue yet? Fine - we hand you video walkthroughs and step-by-step SOPs. It's a system, not rocket science, and a fast learner picks it up in days.
• Connect TeeinBlue templates to Shopify products, map variants, QA everything against the original design
• Prepare artwork template files in Canva or Photoshop (easy, we have training for this)
• Our two stores need different setups and we launch different product types - you must hold many small nuances in your head and never mix them up. Great attention to detail

Required

• Experience with Print on Demand either in creating products/images or setting them up in a personalization app or experience with products in Shopify/Etsy or advanced experience with AI tools
• You can solve problems/learn basic things on your own by asking AI. You already use ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to solve personal/work problems. You know how to do basic prompting and how to talk to AI.
• A fast learner: new AI tools appear monthly and our processes may change - you must pick up a new tool or workflow quickly
• Great written and verbal English. Great attention to detail.
• available 4-5 hours a day or Full-time

Helps but not required

• TeeinBlue or Customily experience or another personalization app for product setup
• experience with any of these tools: Shopify, Etsy, Magnific/Freepik or Higgsfield, AI image generation with Nano banana or GPT image, Claude Code/Codex, Canva/Photoshop (use of layers or very basic editing), basic video editing;

What we offer
Long-term role, EU daytime hours (no USA night shifts), 13th-month pay. Real growth path: prove yourself in the first couple of months and I'll train you on harder, better-paid work - including deeper AI tools like Claude Code. The more you take on with AI, the more you earn. Bonuses for fast learners.
