About the Opportunity
I'm looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber who lives at the intersection of AI, marketing, design, and automation.
This is not a typical virtual assistant position.
I'm looking for someone who has a proven track record of building systems that generate leads, improve branding, and create high-quality content using the latest AI tools.
If you're someone who is constantly learning, experimenting with new AI technology, and knows how to combine creativity with execution, I'd love to hear from you.
What I Need Help With
1. HeyGen Avatar & AI Video System
I need someone who has experience setting up and optimizing HeyGen (or comparable AI avatar platforms).
This includes:
Creating and managing AI avatars
Voice cloning
Video templates
Workflow optimization
Building repeatable systems for creating professional marketing videos
2. Social Media Growth & Lead Generation
I don't simply want someone who posts content.
I want someone who understands how social media becomes a lead acquisition machine.
Platforms include:
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube

Facebook
Responsibilities include:
Developing content strategies
Creating engaging short-form videos
Optimizing posts for reach and engagement
Repurposing content across multiple platforms
Building systems that consistently generate qualified leads
Experience with funnels, CTAs, and audience growth is a major plus.
3. AI Design & Brand Optimization
I'm looking for someone with a strong eye for design.
You should understand:
Visual hierarchy
Typography
Color psychology
Modern presentation design
Clean, premium branding
You should also know how to use AI tools—including Claude—to improve layouts, presentations, graphics, and overall brand consistency.
Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is highly desirable.
4. Presentation & Graphic Design
Many of my projects involve:

Compensation
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).
Starting Pay: $150 USD per week
Initial Probationary Period: Two weeks
If you demonstrate the skills, initiative, and quality of work I'm looking for, your compensation will increase to:
$200 USD per week after successfully completing the probationary period.
Up to $250 USD per week within approximately 2–3 months based on your performance, reliability, and contribution to the company.
I'm not looking for someone to stay at the starting rate. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with me for the long term, take on increasing responsibility, and be rewarded accordingly.
