Views To Clients helps B2B founders, SaaS companies and leading brands build profitable YouTube channels.

We started 2026 at approximately $100,000 per month and have since grown to around $500,000 per month. Our target is to reach $1 million per month by the end of 2026.

Our clients and work include names such as Gary Vee, ManyChat, Instantly AI and Glencoco. We have helped build some of the leading business channels in their niches, generating millions of views, subscribers and attributable revenue.

Our mission is to become undeniably and irrefutably the best team of experts for building profitable business YouTube channels. To achieve that, we need exceptional people in every important role.

The role

We are looking for a full-time recruiter to help us consistently find and hire exceptional talent.

This role is aligned primarily to UK working hours. We can be flexible where you can reliably cover the work and communicate with the team.

You will recruit for roles including:

• Video editors and editing leads
• Thumbnail designers
• Scriptwriters and YouTube strategists
• Customer success and operations roles
• Salespeople and future leadership hires

This is not a role where you only post vacancies and wait for applications. You must proactively find, approach and engage strong candidates, including people who are already performing well elsewhere.

We want the best available talent, not merely the best people who happen to apply.

What you will do

• Turn each vacancy into a clear candidate profile
• Write and distribute job posts
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates
• Screen applications, portfolios and Loom submissions
• Conduct first-stage interviews
• Coordinate tests, paid trials and final interviews
• Present strong candidate shortlists
• Keep every role and candidate stage organised
• Build talent pipelines before positions become urgent
• Track whether your hires perform after joining
• Continuously improve VTC’s recruitment process

What success looks like

Your main outcome is:

Important roles are filled on time with people who perform after joining VTC.

Application volume alone does not matter. Candidate quality, hiring speed and the subsequent performance of your hires do.

Who we are looking for

You should be:

• Experienced in recruitment or talent sourcing
• Strong at proactively finding passive candidates
• Highly organised, responsive and dependable
• Comfortable managing several vacancies simultaneously
• Able to assess evidence rather than interview confidence alone
• Direct, resourceful and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing company with high standards

Experience recruiting remote creative, marketing, media or agency talent is helpful but not essential.

Compensation

$10–$15 USD per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.

Performance bonuses will be available for consistently producing successful hires who perform after joining VTC. There is significant room for increased responsibility and compensation as the company grows.
