Job Qualifications – Part-Time Etsy Specialist & Graphic Design AI Expert

Requirements:

2+ years of Etsy experience – must have a strong understanding of Etsy's platform, SEO, and shop management
Proficiency in AI-powered graphic design tools – experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or AI-based design platforms
Strong understanding of Etsy SEO – ability to create optimized titles, tags, and descriptions to improve visibility and sales
Product listing expertise – skilled in writing compelling, keyword-rich descriptions and properly categorizing products
Graphic design skills – ability to create unique, high-quality product designs and digital assets
Creating mockups – experience with realistic and professional mockups to showcase products effectively
Trend research & design development – ability to identify new Etsy trends and create on-brand, marketable designs
Familiarity with Etsy trends – ability to research and implement trending keywords, styles, and product ideas
Must own necessary equipment – access to a private computer, design software, and a reliable internet connection
Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate, take feedback, and adapt designs to fit brand identity
Detail-oriented & self-motivated – able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in print-on-demand (POD) or digital product sales on Etsy
Knowledge of social media marketing for Etsy promotions
Previous experience working with an Etsy-based business
