Bookkeeper with SAP Business One experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong accounting and bookkeeping experience, including hands-on knowledge of SAP Business One. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be with excellent organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.

Must Have
-Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
-Hands-on experience using SAP Business One
-Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
-Experience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
-Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
-Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping transactions
-Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and other financial accounts
-Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
-Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
-Prepare financial reports and supporting documentation
-Ensure accounting records are complete and up to date
-Utilize SAP for financial transactions, reporting, and account management
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
-Support internal financial reviews and documentation requirements
-Collaborate with management regarding financial data and reporting needs

Plus to Have
-Certified Public Accountant
-Experience working with international businesses
-Experience in e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, or distribution industries
-Experience with additional accounting software and cloud-based tools
-Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas and reporting
-Experience supporting remote teams
