CRM, Automation & Systems Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Automation & Business Systems Engineer with strong expertise in ---------- and Zoho.

The ideal candidate combines business process understanding, automation expertise, CRM implementation experience, and full-stack development capabilities. This person will be responsible for designing, building, integrating, and optimizing business systems and workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities
Implement, manage, and optimize ---------- and Zoho systems.
Build advanced business automations and workflows.
Develop integrations using APIs and Webhooks.
Design, develop, and maintain Full Stack solutions when required.
Build dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Connect CRM, ERP, WhatsApp, lead generation systems, forms, and third-party platforms.
Improve operational, sales, customer service, and project management processes.
Create documentation, workflows, and SOPs.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience with ---------- .
Minimum 3 years of proven experience with Zoho.
Proven experience implementing CRM and business management systems.
Experience with Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
Proven Full Stack development experience.
Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience with Python and/or Node.js.
Experience working with APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.
Experience with SQL databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead projects.
High-level English proficiency.
