Marketing VA (Ad Upload & CRM Scheduling)

We are a luxury e-commerce brand selling fine jewelry, looking to hire a Marketing VA ASAP to support our marketing team.

Tasks include:

• Uploading ads to Facebook Ads Manager
• CRM scheduling

You may be a good fit if you have the following qualities:

• High attention to detail
• Organized
• Can learn new tech tools with ease
• No prior experience with Facebook Ads Manager or ---------- tools required, though it's a plus if you do

• We offer a lot of stability once we find the right candidates. We have some VAs who have been working with us for 4+ years already!
• Our team is based in Hong Kong; the same time zone as the Philippines so you can work 'normal' working hours. (If you prefer to work nights/weekends, that's also OK for us)

This role starts as a part-time role (3-4 hours a day) following HK business hours, with a transition to full-time (40 hours/week) once you've successfully completed the probation period.

Pay:

• Hourly rate: $4 USD/hour (during part ---------- period)
• Full-time rate: $480 USD/month (40 hours/week), with opportunity for pay increases as you take on greater responsibility and perform well
