Experience: 5+ years professional software development with 3+ years dedicated, hands-on Salesforce development
Profile: A focused, dependable Salesforce engineer who delivers high-quality, secure features end-to-end and integrates cleanly with the broader platform led by Role 1.

Role Overview
Develop and maintain core Simploud features on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on secure, scalable, clean code. Works closely with the Lead Developer, owning features from technical design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
•Develop, customize and maintain core platform features using Apex, LWC and Aura.
•Architect and implement robust, secure API integrations both from and to Salesforce.
•Ensure all developments align with cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
•Own features from technical design through deployment, ensuring scalability and clean code.
•Collaborate through Git/GitHub: branches, pull requests and peer code review.

Required Skills & Experience
•Strong, hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Aura).
•Deep understanding of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
•Solid grasp of security best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
•Comfortable working with Git/GitHub version control and code-review workflows.
•Ownership mindset with a proven ability to take charge of tasks and deliver end-to-end results.
•Communicative, expressive and highly articulate in English (written and spoken).

Advantageous (Nice-to-Have)
•Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
•Exposure to AWS, Java or document-processing libraries (helpful for collaborating across the stack).
•Experience in regulated or quality-driven software environments.
