Video Editor

Video Editor — Property & Lifestyle Content across social media, but predominantly YouTube.

We are Mr Green Estate Agents, a media-first estate agency based in Southbourne, Bournemouth, UK. We produce high-quality property tour videos and lifestyle content for our YouTube channel (growing fast) and social media platforms.

We are looking for an experienced video editor to join our small creative team on a remote basis. You will work closely with our in-house videographer and content director to edit and deliver polished video content consistently and quickly.
What you'll be editing:

YouTube property tour videos (5-10 minutes, shot on Sony A7 IV)
TikTok and Instagram Reels edits from existing footage
Less frequency, but some other lifestyle and brand content

What we need from you:

Fast turnaround — we need to get properties to market, and having the video content is important.
Strong understanding of pacing, colour grading and audio
Ability to follow a consistent brand style and template
Experience with property, real estate or lifestyle content preferred
Proficient in ideally Final Cut and/or Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, but Final Cut ideal.
Good written English for communication
