Loan Processor (Not a Virtual Assistant) — Real Estate Lending, Remote

We are NOT looking for a virtual assistant. We are looking for someone ambitious who wants to grow into a real Loan Processor in real estate lending — someone who can eventually understand a loan file well enough to explain to a borrower why a document is needed, not just collect it.
This role rewards people who are naturally perceptive — who can read a borrower's hesitation, understand what's really behind their questions or pushback, and respond with the right explanation at the right ---------- nt. You don't need to have this skill on day one. But you do need the ambition to build it, and the discipline to learn something new about the process, the borrowers, and the psychology behind both — every single day.
What the role actually is:

Understanding loan documents is the job — not a side task. If you don't know how to explain why we need a specific document yet, that's fine, we will teach you. But you need to be ready and hungry to learn this, not just process paperwork on autopilot.
Over time, you'll take ownership of a file from start to finish — talking to borrowers directly, reading their concerns, explaining requirements clearly, and handling pushback with confidence.
This is a role for someone who wants to get sharper every week, not someone looking to coast in a repetitive task.

How pay works:

You start at a base salary while you're learning.
Once you can independently handle a file start to finish, you move to base + bonus per closed file.
This is not a flat task-rate VA gig. Growth in pay comes with growth in responsibility.
