Facebook Posting & Lead Engagement Specialist

We are a licensed real estate company in Japan specializing in vacant homes, relocation support, and investment properties.

We are looking for a reliable long-term contractor to help us find and engage potential property buyers through Facebook groups and online communities.

(This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.)

Main Responsibilities

• Share approved property information in Facebook groups and online communities

• Respond to comments and direct messages

• Understand each prospect's interests, budget, preferred area, and purpose (investment or personal use)

• Introduce qualified prospects into WhatsApp groups with our team

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Maintain organized daily activity and lead tracking records

This role is focused on generating qualified leads through consistent daily activity and effective communication.

You will not be responsible for contracts, negotiations, pricing discussions, or legal matters. All professional real estate activities are handled by our licensed team.

Compensation

Base Pay

• PHP 8,000 per month

Performance Bonuses

• PHP 200 per qualified WhatsApp lead

• PHP 4,000 per completed transaction (after confirmed contract and payment)
