Influencer & Partnership Development Specialist (Performance-Based, High-Quality Outreach)

We are a licensed real estate company in Japan working with overseas investors.

This is NOT a VA or admin role.
This is a thinking role focused on outreach and partnerships.

Your job is to identify the RIGHT influencers, brokers, and professionals
and start meaningful conversations that can lead to real business partnerships.

If you rely on copy-paste templates or mass messaging, do NOT apply.

What You Will Do

• Research influencers, brokers, and professionals (US, Singapore, etc.)
• Understand their audience and positioning
• Write personalized outreach messages (Instagram / LinkedIn / Email )
• Send only 1 thoughtful follow-up (no spam)
• Track replies and improve message quality

How Performance is Evaluated

We do NOT measure hours.

We evaluate based on:

• Reply rate
• Quality of replies (serious vs low-quality)
• Meaningful conversations started

Trial & Compensation

• 1–2 week paid trial
• Performance-based compensation (no hourly pay)
• Long-term opportunity for high performers

Compensation Structure (Performance-Based)

This role is fully performance-based.

During both the trial and post-trial period, the same unit-based compensation applies:

• Valid collaboration reply: 500 JPY per reply (approx. 190 PHP)
• Confirmed meeting booked: 3,000 JPY per meeting (approx. 1,140 PHP)

A reply only counts if it shows real interest in collaboration
Meeting payment applies only when a call is actually scheduled

There is no fixed salary or hourly pay.

After the trial period:

• No monthly cap on earnings
• Compensation increases based on output and quality
• Additional incentives or bonuses may be added over time for strong performers

Top performers can generate significant monthly income depending on performance.
