Job Description:
We are a real estate agency in Spain looking for a reliable, fluent Spanish and English speaker to help us with incoming office calls on a part-time, on-demand basis.

We only forward our office phone to you when we are out of the office or away from our desks. Because call volume is low, this is a very light, flexible position—perfect for someone who already works remotely, freelances, or studies from home and can keep our phone app open while doing their own work.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer Forwarded Calls: Respond professionally in Spanish or English when our phone is forwarded to you.

Lead Intake: Take down the client’s information (contact details, budget, property preferences) and pass it to our sales team.

Flexibility: Be ready to answer calls promptly during agreed part-time hours when we activate the call forwarding.

Requirements:
Fluency: Native or fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Availability: Sitting by a computer/phone with a stable internet connection so you can pick up immediately when it rings.

Environment: Quiet surroundings when taking a call.
