Company Overview
We're Swan Studio — a fast-growing short-form content and direct response creative agency based in Australia. We partner with performance-driven brands to produce thumb-stopping static and video ads that convert across every major platform.
Our work sits at the intersection of bold creative thinking and data-backed strategy. We don't just make things look good — we make them work. If you're a designer who obsesses over visual hierarchy, loves the challenge of making a stranger stop their scroll, and wants to push performance creative to its limits, you'll feel right at home here.

Role Summary
As a Talent Manager at Swan Studio, you'll work hand in hand with our creative strategists to find, source, and manage the creators who power our content. You're the bridge between concept and creator, and you play a critical role in bringing our work to life.

Recommend the right talent for the right job, drawing on a sharp eye for what makes a creator a good fit
Manage creator relationships, communications, and expectations across multiple projects at once

Requirements
Experience in talent management, creator coordination, casting, or a similar role within content, advertising, or social media
Strong understanding of the creator and talent management ecosystem
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
