About the Role
We're hiring a tech-savvy operator to run the technical backbone of our done-for-you client services in the infoproduct, coaching and online course space. You'll be the go-to person who builds and keeps funnels, CRMs, ad tracking, and automations running clean for the coaches and course creators we support- someone who already speaks the language of this industry's tech stack and can move fast without hand-holding. This role uses AI tools (Claude and similar) daily to
work smarter and faster, so comfort experimenting with AI is a real advantage, not just a nice-to-have.

What You'll Do

• Build, manage, and troubleshoot client accounts in GoHighLevel (GHL) and ClickFunnels & Claude Code
• Set up and maintain CRM pipelines, automations, and client workflows
• Configure and manage ad tracking and attribution, including Hyros setup
• Manage scheduling systems (Calendly / OnceHub) for client and internal use
• Design and maintain Zapier automations connecting our tools end to end
• Use Claude/AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and daily support work
• Pull and organize data in spreadsheets — basic math and reporting accuracy matter
• Provide fast, reliable tech support to clients on our done-for-you services, often under time pressure

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with GHL, ClickFunnels, and CRM platforms - not just familiarity, real working

knowledge

• Experience with ad tracking software; Hyros experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable building and debugging Zapier automations
• Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with basic math/data work
• Genuine interest in using AI tools like Claude to support your workflow
• Background supporting info-product businesses, course creators, or coaches - you understand how funnels,

CRMs, and client delivery fit together in this space

• A fast, dependable communicator who can own client tech issues without needing constant direction

Why This Role
We move quickly and we pay well for people who can keep up. This is a full-time, remote position with real
ownership over the tech side of our client delivery - not a ticket queue. If you're the person your friends already
call when their funnel breaks, we want to talk to you.

Compensation
$1,000–$2,500 USD/month (full-time), based on experience — with room to go higher for someone who can
independently own GHL, ClickFunnels, Hyros, and Zapier from day one. This is a specialist role, not a general VA
position, and it's priced accordingly.

How to Apply
This role starts with a short practical test instead of a resume screen - we want to see how you actually work, not
just read about it.

Using any AI tool of your choice (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), build a single self-contained HTML page for a VSL
(Video Sales Letter) funnel for a 6-week online course teaching beginners how to invest in real estate. Include:

• A headline and sub-headline
• A video placeholder area (where the VSL would embed)
• Benefit bullets and a testimonials section
• An opt-in form and a clear CTA button
