Land Acquisitions Manager Make up to $100K per year.
Curated from source
Make up to $100k a year (Uncapped Commission)
*THE ROLE*
You get on the phone with landowners, do real discovery to understand what they actually need, and propose the solution that solves it. You close, and you get paid on every deal that closes. Uncapped. The better you serve the seller, the more you close, and the more you make. That is the whole deal.
The people you help are usually landowners who inherited a piece of land, or bought it decades ago for a plan that never happened, and now it is just a bill and a worry they would like to be rid of. A lot of them have been burned before by someone who made a promise and vanished. They do not want a hard sell. They want an honest person who makes it simple and does exactly what they said they would.
Your job is to be that person, and here that's a specific kind of selling. You start by digging for what's really driving them, the real reason the land became a weight, not the surface answer. Then you help them see a way out they can trust. You win on trust, not pressure, and never by being the highest number. Price is a threshold to clear, not the lever you pull. The skill is getting a guarded, been-burned seller to a decision they'll feel good about long after the call. The reps who care the most close the most, because sellers can feel the difference between being served and being sold.
The standard for this seat is 4 signed deals a month.
