Virtual Assistant (AI)

We run an AI-powered SMS assistant that texts with thousands of parents
every week. We're hiring a sharp, detail-obsessed reviewer to read those
conversations and flag the ones the bot gets wrong.

The Role

• Read real parent–AI conversations in our admin dashboard
• Flag bad replies: wrong info, robotic tone, ignored questions
• Write clear notes on what's wrong and spot repeating patterns
• No coding. This is a reading and judgment job.

Pay & Hours

• $10–15 USD per hour, depending on experience
• 40 hours/week, US business hours (any US timezone)
• Fully remote, long-term

Requirements:

• Native-level English across speaking, reading, and writing
• Available to work US business hours (any US timezone)
• Extreme attention to detail
• Reliable, self-directed, comfortable working in a web dashboard
• Nice to have: QA, content review, chatbot/LLM evaluation experience
