Accounting Specialist

Sweet James LLP is looking for:

• Experienced individual with background managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Experienced in account reconciliation and audit
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
• Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks
• Able to do multitasking and work at a fast pace, flexible
• Must have a strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Has an experience working remotely (with own laptop or PC)

Work Requirements:

• Full-time position only; dual employment is not permitted (If currently employed, please provide a proof of your last day of employment)
• Graveyard shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (11:00PM–8:00AM PH Time)
• Must be comfortable being on camera via M365 Teams on shift (Required)
• ActivTrak monitoring will be implemented
• Minimum internet speed of 100 Mbps required
