Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Remote, Full-Time)

We're hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (Remote, Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support our U.S.-based brokerage operations. This is a full-time remote role for someone who has already worked inside a U.S. real estate brokerage or team and knows the transaction process end to end.

What you'll do:

• Enter and manage property listings in the MLS
• Manage transaction documentation from contract through closing — verifying signatures, initials, and required addenda
• Track contingency deadlines and send timely notices to keep deals on schedule
• Coordinate the escrow process, including communication between buyers, sellers, and third parties
• Maintain transaction checklists and ensure every step is accounted for and completed
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks across title/escrow, mortgage, and closing processes
• Keep client and transaction records organized and up to date

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on MLS experience, including entering and managing property listings — this is core to the role
• Proven experience working with a U.S. real estate brokerage, team, or agent — required, not optional
• Familiarity with SkySlope or similar transaction management platforms
• Strong track record of stable, longer-term placements (frequent short-term gigs are a red flag for us)
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills
• Comfortable managing multiple active transactions at once
