TNC is a growing pet health brand selling pet smart devices pet parents across the US. We're expanding our presence on TikTok and Amazon, and we're building a small, remote-first team to help us do it.

About the Role

TNC is looking for an organized and creative Social Media Assistant to help manage our TikTok presence for the US pet market.

This is a hybrid role combining Influencer Outreach, Video Editing, Content Management, and Community Engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing team to grow our TikTok channel by connecting with pet influencers and turning content into engaging short-form videos.

This role starts part-time (2–3 days/week) as we build out our workflow together. Based on performance and mutual fit, there's room to grow into more hours or a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach & Follow-Up
Identify and message US-based Micro/Nano pet influencers using company templates
Track outreach and sample delivery status in Google Sheets
Follow up with influencers so nothing falls through the cracks
Content Editing & Publishing
Edit and repurpose raw/influencer footage into short-form TikTok videos
Publish and maintain a consistent posting calendar
Community & Reporting
Reply to TikTok comments and messages
Send a short weekly update on outreach numbers and channel activity
Weekly Review Meeting
Join a short recurring video call (remote) with the marketing team to review progress, blockers, and priorities for the coming week
