Part-Time Instagram Outreach VA (Lead Generation & DM Messaging)

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage Instagram lead sourcing and outreach messaging for our talent management agency. This is an ongoing, part-time role for the right person — roughly 3-5 hours/day.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Account Setup (one-time)

• Create Instagram account per our setup guide (bio, profile photo, basic details — we’ll walk you through it)
• Set account to private once initial setup is complete
• We handle follower count via our own process — you won’t need to source followers

Lead List Building

• Use the account to search and identify Instagram profiles matching our specific criteria (detailed screening parameters provided: follower range, engagement rate, niche fit, bio signals, etc.)
• Engage with target accounts (likes, follows) as needed to surface more relevant profiles — we’ll give you the exact routine
• Log qualifying leads into a shared tracking sheet with required details (handle, follower count, engagement rate, notes)
• Flag any uncertain leads for review before adding to outreach
• Maintain a running buffer of qualified leads so outreach never runs dry

Outreach Messaging

• Send up to 45 DMs per day to approved leads — all message scripts and templates are provided, just copy/paste and personalize where indicated
• Track responses and update lead status in the sheet
• Follow up per our messaging cadence (sequence provided)
• Escalate any interested/replying leads to us immediately

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong attention to detail — this role is mostly following process precisely
• Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel for tracking
• Reliable daily availability, self-managed once trained
• Prior VA/social media experience a plus but not required
