Part-Time Gaming Video Editor (Long-Term)

I'm looking for a part-time video editor to help produce long-form YouTube videos and short-form content.

You'll receive voiceovers, gameplay, and other assets, then turn them into polished, engaging videos while helping execute my vision. I'm looking for someone who understands YouTube and social media, has strong editing instincts, and is comfortable taking creative initiative when appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience editing gaming content
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong understanding of YouTube videos and Shorts
• Good pacing, storytelling, and viewer retention instincts
• Comfortable using motion graphics, captions, sound effects, zooms, and other editing techniques that improve engagement
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Reliable, receptive to feedback, and interested in a long-term working relationship

Preferred

• Photoshop experience
• Thumbnail design experience

Compensation

• Pay will increase over time based on performance and the success of the channel.
