Client Service Delivery + Lead Manager

We’re a fast-growing real estate lead generation agency looking for a reliable Weekend Lead Delivery & Handoff Manager to handle lead qualification and client delivery every Saturday and Sunday.

What You’ll Do

• Send scheduled SMS outreach batches
• Monitor replies and identify qualified leads
• Upload and deliver leads to our client dashboards
• Track key delivery metrics and KPIs
• Make sure no qualified lead slips through the cracks on weekends

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written English and communication
• Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail-
• Comfortable working in a CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus)
• Comfortable with list formatting + data organization
• Available Saturday + Sunday, 8 hours/day
