About the Role

We are a U.S.-based healthcare organization seeking a Recruiter / Talent Coordinator to support our growing hiring efforts. This role is focused on interviewing candidates, managing outreach, and supporting the recruitment pipeline for clinical and administrative positions.

You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in identifying and qualifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates
Screen candidates for qualifications, communication, and fit
Coordinate interviews with leadership team
Manage candidate pipelines and track progress
Send follow-ups, reminders, and outreach messages
Assist with sourcing candidates (job boards, databases, etc.)
Maintain organized records of candidate activity
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (spoken + written) — this is critical
Prior experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong computer skills (Google Sheets, email , ATS, etc.)
Ability to work U.S. hours (PST schedule)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with candidates on video
Preferred
Experience in medical / healthcare recruitment
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, or ATS systems
