Experienced Medical Scribe

Are you an experienced Medical Scribe looking for a remote opportunity with a growing healthcare team? Join iCare Medical Group and play a vital role in supporting our providers by delivering accurate, high-quality medical documentation that enhances patient care.

What You'll Do:

Document patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans in the EMR.
Accurately record provider notes, orders, diagnostic tests, and follow-up instructions.
Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical charts.
Support providers by maintaining organized, timely, and accurate documentation.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Medical Scribe is highly preferred.
Experience creating detailed EHR/EMR documentation for providers.
Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding. Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Highly organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Manual Manipulation and Emsella documentation is a plus.
Full-time position with a Pacific Time schedule.
